INCA WORLD TRIP  protects the information of all of our clients and will not share this with third parties without the authorization of our clients, and only for ends related to the planning of reservations or execution of touristic programs. The personal information of our clients, program characteristics, and payment-related information are confidential for INCA WORLD TRIP.

 

Communication

It is part of INCA WORLD TRIP policy to establish ties of communication with our clients to coordinate each of your trip details during the execution of your touristic program. You can use personal, physical and electronic channels to establish communication, with the security that the INCA WORLD TRIP team will be very respectful with the regulations and limits which this implies. If communication with any member of the company is offensive or bothersome at any time, please alert us to this issue, as we will take pains to solve any issue immediately.

 

Virtual Newsletters and Brochures

INCA WORLD TRIP designs these newsletters in PDF format so that they can be shared in electronic form with our clients and they in turn can share them with other people, these brochures have an informative aim for our clients and should not be reproduced or copied for other ends.

 

Responsibility of INCA WORLD TRIP with Flight Tickets

Domestic and international flights are subject to oversells, cancelations, or rescheduling. If this occurs, INCA WORLD TRIP will do everything within its reach to assist our clients in boarding their respective flights or arranging alternative arrangements. INCA WORLD TRIP will not take responsibility for an airline’s refusal to allow clients to board, additional fees, rate changes, nor additional transfers which the airline provides due to flight cancelations or delays.

 

Events Out of Our Control

INCA WORLD TRIP acts as a tour operator in Peru, and makes use of contracted services from diverse providers such as transport companies, lodging providers, restaurants and other services of an independent nature which are under our supervision. INCA WORLD TRIP cannot take responsibility for acts or omissions which can occur in these companies.

INCA WORLD TRIP does not assume responsibility for events out of our control such as governmental measures, civil disturbances, terrorist acts, epidemics, states of emergency, delays due to adverse weather conditions, damages in the means of access impeding transport, temporary unforeseen closures of archeological sites, or any other act or incident outside of the control of INCA WORLD TRIP or our providers.

 

Visas, Customs and Vaccinations

Visa and Customs procedures are entirely the responsibility of the client. Please keep in mind that those traveling to jungle should receive a yellow fever vaccine 10 days in advance and request the international vaccination certificate.
